They do have insurance and can have the plaza completed this weekend.

Hello Joe,

As requested please find attach an updated projected cost table for the project. There is a summary at the bottom of the second page which includes the progress billing amounts to date and estimated total remaining billing amounts.

As discussed during the last meeting on December 4, 2019, the Board noted they were considering removing some items from the scope of work which had not yet been completed. I have highlighted such items in the attached projected cost table and would note that they were:

Item 7 – construct new concrete pads for gate arms
Item 10 – replace bollards with new
Item 13 – replace steel guards at gas meters with new
CO1.1 – construct new garbage pads
CO1.2.1 & CO1.2.2 – install new area drains and related drainage piping to nearest catch basins. This item was specified in CO1 to address localized areas of ponding water. The Board noted that they would review how the new asphalt performed during the past winter, were these areas corrected or are they still of concern?

**Covid-19 NOTICE**
Brown & Beattie Ltd. is adopting a pro-active approach to reduce the risk of transmission of the Covid-19 virus. While we remain fully active, our services have been impacted in several ways, including but not limited to:
-Strictly observing most current physical distancing measures recommended by appropriate authorities

– Limited field reviews evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Field reviews requiring access to building interiors, suites, etc. are not being completed at this time.

-Deferring or cancelling site meetings, conferences, etc. Wherever possible meetings can be facilitated through conference/video calls.
-Utilizing enhanced santization measures and practices as necessary.
