Dear Directors,
I like to share with you that there has been a coffee cup by the top of the staircase on the second floor for the past two weeks. I left it there to see how long before it would be removed.
The men’s bathrooms have not been cleaned and it smells so bad, however someone is replacing the toilet paper and recycled paper towels. I question, how much are we paying for toilet paper and recycled paper towels?
I have asked for the keys to the janitorial room so we can have the cleaners that clean, John Lofaso office to clean one time so they can quote for the maintenance of the common area and bathrooms.
